VOICE LESSONS
Customized Lessons to Fit Your Needs
In private voice lessons, I will focus mainly on technique, breathing, diction, dynamics, power, agility, tone, expanding range, and working on a wide variety of repertoire that fit your vocal needs. Students will break out of their comfort zone and unlock their full potential as a performer, pushing the voice to grow. We will start making your own "Repertoire Book" with a wide variety of music in different genres so you are prepared to walk into any audition and feel confident. If you aren't planning on auditioning, you will become versatile in different styles and knowledgeable about all different types of music. I will assess the quality of your voice and prescribe vocal exercises tailored specifically to help you improve the challenging issues you want to work on.

From the beginner to the professional, I focus on expanding your knowledge of acting techniques and exposing students to a wide variety of teachings and methods. Students will learn how to break down any scene or monologue and learn how to do a "cold read'. We will expand your portfolio with a wide variety of material that shows your range as an actor. AUDITION PREP

As an experienced and passionate instructor, I believe in an approach that gives students positive, constructive ways to learn. In audition prep, I focus on how to conduct your audition from beginning to end, including the introduction, song cuts, monologue choices, do's and don'ts, cold readings, and audition techniques. Students have successfully auditioned for high school and college-level select ensembles and choirs, earned lead roles in both student and professional musical theatre productions including international and national tours, and joined prestigious college music and theater programs such as NYU, Penn State, and Boston Conservatory.
